How does this work?
We prefer to do as much work as we can "On Site" in and around the
Dallas area. This is not always possible, but speeds up questions and
answers, and allows us to see what things are really like for the
customer.
All work is done on an hourly basis. No fixed bid work of any kind will
be accepted. Work done "for hire" in this way belongs to the customer.
Statements are normally sent out once per month. Technical support to
direct customers is free unless the policy is abused, upon which
standard hourly rates would apply. Technical support to third parties
is available at a flat rate of one hour per incident.
